Patrick Gallagher: President of the Board of Directors

Patrick Gallagher is the founder and president of Charitable Impact Gamers Inc. Starting out as just a group of friends playing video games together, Patrick decided to make his dream into a reality in the year 2016. He currently serves as the President on the Board of Directors, and worked to incorporate this rag tag team into a 501c3 foundation in 2020. When he isn’t helping the City of Rochester equipped only with a controller, he works as a Senior Compliance Specialist for ESL Investment Services LLC. Outside of video games and work, Patrick loves hitting the pitch for a game of soccer, fishing, or spending time with his wife and two beautiful girls.

Melvin Flores: Vice President/Treasurer of the Board of Directors

Melvin Flores joined the Charitable Impact Gamers Inc. team as Vice President. He works full time as Director of Corporate Programs at eCornell and Cornell University, where he facilitates strategic partnerships between large corporations, government entities, and non-profit organizations. Prior to eCornell, Melvin served for 10 years in various managerial roles in the eLearning industry. He graduated with a BS from RIT and holds several Ivy League leadership credentials. Melvin Flores and his wife live in W Henrietta, New York, where they have 2 children, two dogs, and a cat.

Pedro Richardson: Member of the Board of Directors

I work at IDEX Health and Science as a Maintenance Associate where I fix machines that coat glass for optics. I'm a Sergeant National Guard for over 10 years now as a 91b All Wheeled Mechanic. I was deployed to Kuwait in 2013-2014. I now live with my father an my little brother in Rochester, NY. I have a dog and a cat.

Pedro Melendez Sr: Member of the Board of Directors

Pedro Sr., Pedro Richardsons father, who we have affectionately come to call Cool Pedro, comes to us as a 35 year tradesmen in Printing and Graphic Arts. Employed at Patrick Printing his talents in Graphic Arts are being utilized to help create eye catching graphics for us to use to promote our Charity Stream. He enjoys being used as cannon fodder during the stream but has also become a valued member of our team. His younger son Ethan also a gamer is being primed to join us in the future

Matt Makarchuk: Member of the Board of Directors

Matt Makarchuk recently joined Charitable Impact Gamers through our shared passion for gaming and love for our community. He’s a Rochester native who initially studied music education, but currently works full-time for another local non-profit; ESL Federal Credit Union. Besides gaming, he also enjoys playing hockey, practicing guitar, and spending time with his loving wife and newborn daughter.

Brett Bouley: Member of the Board of Directors

Brett Bouley joined the Charitable Impact Gamers Inc. team back in 2019, ironically participating in his first big stream the night before his wedding to his amazing wife Lexie. Since then, he has worked to raise awareness of the charity group outside of the Rochester, NY area and participated in multiple steaming events over the years. Originally from Kingston, MA, Brett now works as a Senior Satellite Engineer with SES Networks while living in Manassas, VA. As a US Army Veteran himself, the 2022 charity selection of supporting the Veterans Outreach Center is an organization that is close to Brett’s heart

Lexie Bouley: Member of the Board of Directors

Hello ^=^ my name is Lexie but I go by glitch, I am a proud wife to Brett Bouley and a member of Charitable impact gamers inc. I am an aspiring female video gamer, streamer as well as an artist. I have always had a passion for gaming, both play wisely and artistically. I was raised in the United Kingdom with my very supportive family, they gave me all the love, support and courage to move to the United States of America at the age of 18. I studied 2 years of fine arts college in England. I am now building my art portfolio and streaming profile. I have hopes to even one day animate or design for an anime or game, also having dreams to join the Air Force. Quite a mix of aspirations but I guess when in America dream big.
